Peptide Chats is a research-information service at peptidechats.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service and how we use it.
Who this policy applies to
Peptide Chats is for adults aged 18 and over. We confirm your age before you can use the chat. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your email address, when you sign in to continue chatting past the free question limit
- The messages you send to the chat
- Feedback you submit, including thumbs up/down and optional text
Information we collect automatically:
- Standard web server logs: IP address, user agent, pages visited, timestamps
- Cookies required to keep you signed in and track your free question count
- Analytics data from Meta Pixel: page views, button clicks, conversion events
We do not collect payment information (Peptide Chats is free), government IDs, or health records.
How we use what we collect
- To answer your questions and provide the chat experience
- To send you a sign-in link when you create a free account
- To save your conversation so you can pick up where you left off
- To understand how people use Peptide Chats and improve it
- To show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and measure their effectiveness
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for essential functionality (session, sign-in state, age confirmation, free question counter) and for analytics (Meta Pixel). You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of Peptide Chats will not work without them.
Meta Pixel. Peptide Chats uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel sends Meta information about your interactions with peptidechats.com, including pages visited, buttons clicked, and conversion events. Meta uses this information to help us show you relevant ads and to measure ad performance. You can learn more about Meta's data practices at facebook.com/privacy and opt out of Meta's ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Third parties who process your information
- Postoffyce (email delivery), to send sign-in links
- Anthropic (AI model provider), to generate chat responses
- Meta Platforms (advertising), via the Meta Pixel
- DigitalOcean (web hosting), for server logs
- Google (Search Console), for standard web analytics
We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep your information
- Chat messages: until you delete your account or ask us to delete them
- Session cookies: up to 30 days
- Server logs: 90 days
- Email address: until you delete your account

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, object to or restrict how we process it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@peptidechats.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. Contact us at hello@peptidechats.com and we will honor any applicable rights.
Where your information goes
Our service providers may process your information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By using Peptide Chats, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We will note the effective date at the top. For material changes we will try to notify you by email.
