Khavinson Bioregulators

A family of tissue-targeted peptides — one for the thymus, one for the pineal, one for the retina, one for the prostate. Each is a 2–4 amino acid sequence that acts like a signal only its target organ responds to.

The Khavinson family is the deepest bench of organ-specific peptides anyone has built. Vladimir Khavinson and his team at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology spent 40+ years isolating a different short peptide for nearly every major organ system, then pairing it with Russian clinical data on that organ's aging and recovery.

Most of the research is Russian. Western peer-reviewed replication exists but is thinner, so these remain debated outside Russia — especially the longevity claims. If you're new to the family, pick by the tissue you care about and read the individual page for what the studies actually show.
